Session is the official business meeting held every four years where representatives from across the East Caribbean Conference gather to reflect on the past term, vote on leadership, and set priorities for the future.
Delegates are nominated by their local churches. Each church gets a specific number of delegates based on its membership, ensuring broad representation from across the Conference.
Parts of the session (such as devotionals or reports) may be live-streamed or recorded for transparency and accessibility. However, closed voting sessions may not be public.
Delegates are asked to dress modestly and respectfully, appropriate for a professional and spiritual setting. Business casual or church attire is recommended.
